We run a 120-mile radius out of Sarasota, from Naples up to Ocala and across to Orlando and Daytona. That is twenty-four counties and more than two hundred cities.

We are based off Whitfield Avenue in Sarasota, which puts Sarasota County and Manatee County within fifteen minutes of the shop. Those get scheduled fastest.
Tampa Bay, Fort Myers, Naples and Orlando are regular routes we run most weeks. The furthest corners, places like Hardee, Glades and Volusia, we batch, which simply means it helps to call early in the week so we can group your job with others heading the same way.
Either way the work is identical. A floor in Ocala gets the same grinding, the same moisture reading and the same materials as one ten minutes from the shop.

Do you actually work in your area?
Yes. your area sits inside our 120-mile service radius from Sarasota, and we run this area regularly. Distance affects scheduling, not whether we come out.
How soon can you get to a job in your area?
That moves with the season and with what is already booked. Jobs heading the same direction get grouped so nobody pays for a wasted trip, which means the earlier in the week you call, the easier you are to fit in.
What does a garage floor cost?
Three things: how big it is, what shape the concrete is in, and what goes on top. Condition moves the price more than size does, because a slab carrying oil, cracks or an old coating needs work before any resin is opened. So we look first.
Do you grind, or just coat over what is there?
Every floor gets diamond ground. A coating bonds mechanically, so it needs an open surface to key into. Skipping that is exactly why so many garage floors lift.
Can you coat outdoor concrete in Florida?
Yes, with the right system. Standard epoxy ambers and turns slick under ultraviolet light, so exterior work gets a UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurea with texture in the topcoat for pool decks, lanais and patios.
How long before I can park on it?
Foot traffic is usually the day after the clear coat and vehicles about four to five days after, depending on humidity. You get exact dates for your job before we start.
