The shop is a working unit rather than a showroom, so it is worth calling before coming by. If you want to see finishes in person we can bring samples to you, which is more useful anyway because you get to see the blend in your own light.

What happens next
What happens after you get in touch
First we ask what the space is and roughly how big. That plus a photo of the slab is usually enough to tell you which system fits and what range you are looking at, without anyone driving anywhere.
If it looks like a fit, we come and read the floor properly: moisture, cracks, oil staining, and whether anything has already been coated on top. That visit is free and it is where the real number comes from, because the condition of the concrete moves the price far more than the square footage does.
Then you get the system, the day count, and the exact dates you can walk on it and park on it, in writing before we start. If we think your slab needs repair before it needs a coating, we will say that too, even when it means the job gets smaller or goes away.
No showroom visit you did not ask for, and no sales call that turns into a two-hour presentation. You asked about a floor, so we talk about the floor.
Most people reach us by phone or text because it is faster, but the form goes to the same place and gets read the same day. Whichever you use, mention the town you are in so we can tell you honestly when we can get there.

What do you need from me to quote a floor?
Rough square footage, what the space is, and a photo or two of the slab. If you know of cracks, oil staining or an existing coating, mention it, because those change the preparation more than anything else.
Do you charge to come out?
No. Looking at a floor and telling you what it needs costs you nothing.
How fast do you reply?
Same day in almost every case. If you call and we are on a floor, we will call back once the resin is down, because a pour cannot be paused.
