The slab decides the system
Before anything is quoted in Pasco County we read the concrete: moisture, cracks, oil, and whether something has already been put on top of it. A slab that has been sealed or painted needs that removed mechanically before a new coating will bond, and no amount of good resin substitutes for that step.
Florida moves water upward
