Polyaspartic

Grind and seal
The minimal option, and sometimes the best one. Mechanically polish what is there, seal it, done. Cheapest of the four and ideal when the slab underneath is decent enough to deserve showing.
Flake
The workhorse finish. A broadcast chip layer under a clear coat, which disguises dust and tire marks far better than a flat color and keeps some texture underfoot. Eighteen blends to pick from, viewed on your own floor.
Whatever goes on top, the preparation underneath is the same and it is not negotiable. We diamond grind the slab to open the surface, chase and fill cracks, and take a moisture reading before quoting. Florida slabs sit on sand with a high water table and move vapor upward constantly, so a coating that traps it will bubble and let go no matter how good the resin was.
