How it works →Questions
Choosing a system
Which system is right for my garage?
For most garages it is flake under a polyaspartic clear. It hides dust and tire marks, it gives you grip, and it comes back into service quickly. Metallic is the choice when the floor is going to be looked at rather than just used.
Why is every service a separate page?
Because they are separate jobs with different chemistry, different prep and different failure modes. Lumping them together is how people end up with an interior epoxy on a sunlit pool deck.
Do you do the grinding yourself?
Yes. Preparation is not subcontracted here, because it is the part that decides whether the floor lasts. Every job gets diamond ground in house.
Can you do more than one surface in a visit?
Usually, and it saves money. The grinder and containment are already on site, so doing the garage, lanai and patio together is cheaper than three separate trips.
What if my slab is in bad shape?
Most concrete can be saved. Cracks get chased and filled, spalls get rebuilt, and failed coatings get ground off. We will tell you honestly if a slab is past the point where coating it makes sense.
Do you work commercially?
Yes. Warehouses, shops, kitchens and retail, usually scheduled nights or weekends so the space stays open during business hours.
Tell us where you are and what you have.
Rough size and a photo of the slab is enough to get a real number back. No showroom visit, no pressure.
